Registration for ISMAC 2025

For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration by at least one of the authors. Each author’s full registration can cover at most one paper. No paper can be covered with a student registration. Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified representative to attend and present the paper at the ISMAC 2025 conference. The “no-show” papers will not be published in any public access forums, but these papers will be distributed as part of the on-site electronic proceedings. 

Full registration fees includes:

  • One USB key containing the conference proceedings
  • One printed conference program and abstracts of the proceedings
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Access to all coffee breaks
  • Lunch on 21-22 August 2025 at the venue
  • One admission to the reception dinner on 20 August 2025
  • One admission to the Banquet on 21 August 2025

Conference Refund and Cancellation policy:

  • The Registration Fee is non-refundable. The conference organizers have determined the best conference fee applicable. The charged fee is just enough to breakeven the conference expenses, most have already been spent. Hence, in case of any uncontrollable mishap beyond the control of the conference organizers resulting in the cancellation of the ISMAC 2025 conference, the fee will not be refunded.
  • For author registration, ISMAC 2025 conference accepts payment by credit cards only thru the EDAS registration.
  • Domestic wire transfer or direct deposit to the conference account is only applicable for local authors in the Philippines. 
  • On-site registration can be paid by cash only. If you have any questions regarding registration, kindly contact ismac@eee.upd.edu.ph

All participants to ISMAC 2025 must be registered.
