How to get to the venue?
Arriving in the Philippines
All international passengers (local and foreign) arriving in and departing from the Philippines are required to secure an eTravel declaration. Please register through the eTravel site up to 72 hours before your flight.
To Panglao, Bohol, Philippines:
Flying directly to Panglao, Bohol
The closest airport to the venue is the Bohol-Panglao International Airport. When booking your flights, please choose the airport code TAG. There are several non-stop flights to Panglao from the following countries:
- From Korea through Jeju Air, AirBusan, AirSeoul, and JinAir.
- From Taiwan through Royal Air Philippines.
Connecting flight through Manila, Cebu, and Davao
Alternatively, you may also check any other major airline and connect through Manila, Cebu, and Davao, and fly to Panglao through any of the domestic carriers: Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, or Air Asia.
When transiting through Manila Airport, there are three distinct terminals and are not directly connected:
- Terminal 1 serves international flights for Philippine Airlines and other international carriers.
- Terminal 2 serves domestic flights for Philippine Airlines, Air Asia and Royal Air.
- Terminal 3 serves all other domestic and international flights.
If you need to transfer to another terminal, please check with the airport transfer desk upon arrival to make sure that you’ll be transferred to the correct terminal for your next flight.
Connecting from Cebu via Ferry
If you are transferring via Cebu City, you can take a fast craft ferry from Cebu City Port to Tagbilaran City Port in Bohol. There are two main ferry companies that go from Cebu City to Tagbilaran City: (1) OceanJet and (2) SuperCat. You can book the ferry tickets online (via klook). Travel time is around 2 hours. Upon arrival in Tagbilaran City Port, you can take a taxi or Grab to bring you to your hotel in Panglao.
